legal skills dafuq !

考试期间，上来喘口气然后继续睡觉。

话说前两天已经把criminal和contract写在考卷里，然后还给老师了。

以为今天这一科是相对比较容易的，写写信，吹吹水就可以过关。

所以昨天下午就干脆补一下不足的睡眠，但是不知道因为什么原因，调了闹钟，总是在闹钟还未响起的时候，就醒来了，看一看，还不到半小时。

结果我不爽，就睡两次，各半小时～

然后晚上约了如晶和有有妹在ss2讨论，但是还没有到ss2如晶就打来说题目不容易，很复杂。

完全没有危机意识的我，仍然吃着住家饭。

去到了，看她神情紧张这样。

原来今天是要考写信，还有律师的守则。

写信基本上分两种，demand和reply to demand.

但是有分accident, loan debt 和这个rental.

还有不同的写法，不同的词句，不同的条文。

然后律师守则也很多，对法庭的，对客户，对其他律师，一摞摞。

妈的，本来以为很容易的，哪里知道还有那么多东西要背，发觉时间不是很够～～

匆匆忙忙拿着老师的notes，联系写了写，时间已经悄悄的到1200了。

宵夜时间又悄悄的莅临，在星巴克不能再待了，换去mcd～

结果我们来到了一间不能refill的mcd～

随便吃一下，敷衍敷衍的讨论一下就要回家睡觉了。

今天早上，一到停车场，如晶就打来，叫我赶快过去5楼。

原来有消息指出，今天一定出reply to demand。

昨晚好像不是练习这个的worrrrr。

随便读了就进去了。

结果是这样的：

my client also say that she saw your client talk to the phone when she drive and maybe she cannot focus on the road. 

so the accident is because your client very not careful.

my client say don want to pay your client claim of rm9000.00 but want to settle the case pay your client rm1000.00.
